January 11, 2026:
BDRCK celebrates the closing of 2025 and the entry into 2026 with the following updates. Our focus moving forward is to scale the business and continue to provide outstanding value for our clients.
1. We have successfully added trusted expertise to the BDRCK team by bringing two degreed engineers on board. The entire BDRCK team is already supporting our clients and providing new levels of design capacity.
2. We have successfully partnered with a Pittsburgh-local CAD firm to ensure BDRCK has the design capacity needed to make client schedules deterministic and beat deadlines.
3. We have successfully commissioned and launched an on-premises Autodesk Vault instance to expand our capabilities and guarantee configuration control for our client's design artifacts. The BDRCK Vault also unlocks incredible opportunities for collaboration between distributed design teams. No matter where you are working, you can work closely with the BDRCK team to push forward and close design milestones faster.
4. 2025 provided the opportunity to grow, expand, and develop our electro-mechanical design offering. BDRCK leveraged the power of solid modeling and detailing to develop 22 separate electrical junction box assemblies and eight separate 19-inch enclosed telecommunications racks for a multi-national rail transportation client. The racks included new, in-house developed cable management features for power distribution, fiber and copper networking, and discrete programmable logic controller input/outputs. BDRCK also utilized Pittsburgh's amazing network of contract manufacturers to develop quotes to build, test, and deliver all the designed hardware in 2026.
June 30, 2025:
The journey continues: BDRCK and our amazing clients are accelerating and gaining momentum. BDRCK continues to add high-quality, national clients to our portfolio. One client is delivering communications and intrusion detection systems on a transit property in California. Another client is expanding their solar integration activities and branching out into research and development contracts with the US Department of Energy.
In addition, BDRCK has successfully submitted two confirmed responsive proposals to the federal government and state transportation agencies. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to engage with new clients and grow and succeed together.
December 1, 2024:
Bedrock designed, contracted the manufacturing, and delivered three new galvanized carbon steel mounting plates for client Blue Ryzon, LLC. These mounting plates provide perfect integration of SMA Sunny Tripower CORE1 solar inverters to existing building infrasturcture.
September 16, 2024:
Bedrock Design and Craft, LLC is thrilled to highlight the continuing successful operations in the past year. Together with our amazing clients, we have performed the following:
1. Delivered two contract manufacturing jobs to a major metropolitan transportation agency in the United States. Both jobs included samples that were inspected and accepted the first time with zero issues with the material or certification paperwork. One job required conformance with safety-critical material specification.
2. Successfully leveraged international partners in delivering high-quality, precision mechanical parts with specialized material properties that were accepted the first time by the client.
3. Continued to develop and increase the breadth and depth of a network of factory manufacturing contacts that are responsive and provide competitive quotes and services for Bedrock's clients.
4. Developed a highly technical third-party mechanical inspection agency to enable quantified and validated inspection results for Bedrock's clients.
5. Partnered with a major telecommunications provider (Verizon) to enable Internet-connected services for our client's systems.
6. Partnered with a Minority Business Enterprise to provide systems consulting services for the largest metropolitan transportation agency in the United States.
7. Continued to provide exceptional electro-mechanical design services for past and current clients (total eleven discrete clients to date.)
